I went for a pedicure. They are very friendly and nice, but the actual pedicure itself looks terribly done. Uneven and thick polish, unevenly-cut nails and they just look so bad. I'm so disappointed.
Horrible customer service experience Owners daughter was in the phone several min while ignoring my 11 year old girl .. I finally walked over to her and told her to get off the phone she smugly laughed and said I’m talking to my mom she’s the owner (as the owner, she should be telling you’d be not on the phone when you’re with a client) My girl was super excited to have her nails done and was spending her own money now get this .. she charged an 11 year old girl 100$ for nails , no bling a couple of little sticker designs … Ok fine she did a good job from what I can tell… so the sad part remains her attitude, and justification for it… she said “We usually don’t talk to children” ummm what? (You still try and if they don’t want to talk then fine) I tried to smooth things at the till and asked if she knows how this could have went differently (her simply getting off the phone.. she stayed on the phone even after I complained) She didn’t care about my experience she was only concerned with justifying her behavior ..And even worse, me having to complain, was clearly obtrusive to the other girls that were in the salon (just as my wife and me felt listening to her on the phone way too loud) When you customer says to you something isn’t right you rectify the behavior you don’t decent your poor disrespectful attitude.
